Step 2: Share how you’re feeling and how the COVID-19 virus has affected your life.
Step 3: Talk about how have you helped yourself feel better. What are some of the things you are doing to help during this time of change and transition? What hobbies or coping skills have you taken up, and how does that help you get through your day? Examples: Painting, Arts and Crafts, Reading, Running/walking, Cleaning, Writing, Music, Dance
Step 4: (optional) Include a video performing your hobby or coping skill. An MP4 format works well.
